In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Service exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

We do not make any warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content available on or through the Service, including AI-generated suggestions, which are provided for informational purposes only.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to the convenience of such forum.
